Masar Ibrahim al Khalil Union involves Ramallah Municipality

Masar Ibrahim Al-Khalil union had signed an agreement with Ramallah municipality to be one of the trail strategic partners, where about 4500 tourists walk into this trail in different marginalized villages.

The agreement was signed Between General director Masar Ibrahim Al-Khalil, Mr. George Rishmawi, and Mayor of Ramallah Municipality Mr. Musa Abu Hadid, in the presence of the Director of the Northern governances at the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and number of general directors at Ramallah Municipality.

Through this agreement, Masar Ibrahim Al-Khalil will develop a Segment where it will connect eastern area of Ramallah governorate with Masar Ibrahim al khalil, which will enhance Community base tourism in general and in Ramallah in particular in addition to reviving tourism movement by engaging cooperative associations. Over all this segment will pass through 12 marginalized villages, where will start from Kufr Malek village to Ramallah.

Masar Ibrahim al-Khalil is a long-distance cultural hiking trail in Palestine. The trail is 330 km long and extends from Rummana Village north west of Jenin to Beit Mirsim in the southwest of Al-Haram al-Ibrahimi (Ibrahimi Mosque) in Hebron.

The Masar will invite you to discover family life in the villages and the ancient traditions of hospitality in the heart of the Palestinian life.

Masar Ibrahim al Khalil is a non-profit organization which develops the trail around different Palestinian location.
